WATCH: Friends Remember Life of Marist’s Courtney Fisher

An August auto accident took the life of Worthington Kilbourne graduate and Marist College water polo player Courtney Fisher. The loss took a toll on the water polo communities of Ohio and New York where Fisher left a lasting mark.

“Courtney wanted to prove to people back home and within the Marist community that she could do it,” [former Marist Coach Natalie] Benson said. “Not too many people come from Ohio to be a Division I water polo student-athlete. She achieved the goal she set out for. She did it.”

Fisher’s Red Foxes teammates gave tribute to their teammate in this video by Marist College.
