WATCH: Brian Flacks Previews New “Elite Eight” Tournament

“No easy games, no hiding,” says Harvard-Westlake Coach Brian Flacks. That’s the challenge he and his program offer to eight of the best teams in the U.S., the “Elite Eight” as they’ve christened their new tournament to be held at H-W beginning on Sept. 15.

The teams: Cathedral Catholic from San Diego, Loyola, and Agoura from the Los Angeles area, Huntington Beach and Mater Dei from Orange County, and NorCal’s Sacred Heart Prep and Miramonte. Those have been the most consistently successful in tournaments over the past few years according to Flacks.
