Newberg cornered the market on Oregon High School Water Polo 6A titles winning both the girls and boys championships on Saturday in Corvallis. Mountain View and Summit each earned a 5A/4A trophy, the Cougars winning one for the boys while the Storm girls completed an undefeated season with their first championship.

It was the first state championship for Summit, which was making its fourth consecutive state playoff appearance. The title capped a perfect 11-0 season for the Storm.
