Water polo-rich Berks County in Pennsylvania has a new prep program for the 2015-16 season. Exeter Township has announced the addition of both boys’ and girls’ water polo to its athletics portfolio for the upcoming interscholastic season. Local club Kingfish provided guidance to the school during the process.

Exeter joins Gov. Mifflin, Wilson, Reading and Muhlenberg as Berks schools that field water polo teams. More from the Reading Eagle.

Exeter will field a water polo program for the 2015-16 school year, becoming the fifth Berks high school with the sport.

The boys and girls teams, in a cooperative agreement with Antietam, will begin practice at the Antietam Pool for two weeks before switching to Gold’s Gym in Exeter Township…
